Josh: You've got good facts and solid reasons here. Your voice is calm and easy to hear, and you seem confident.
But...
Right now, you seem to be telling me about your plan rather than trying to convince me that it's the right way to go. The content is terrific; now, work on the voice. Work on trying to speak as if you must persuade me (not just inform me) that you're going to do the right thing. This is your "just the fact" voice. You need to bring out your salesman's voice to win me over. Everything else is great.
I agree with Mr. Fischer, your confidence and calmness are good. I really like the background too, the way you're positioned dead center in a relaxed position gives everything a good feel. I think the only thing you need to work on is persuasion.
Great job with the pace, I really liked how you kept the pace constant throughout the video which made the flow of your words come out really well.
Another small thing I kind of noticed during your video was you kind of took your eyes off of the camera every other second which made it feel like you weren't talking to the viewer at all times. I think that if you look at the camera a bit more, then the audience will be more engaged in everything you have to say.
